They come individually though so you'll want too buy two of each size you want probably
Depending on how out of shape you are you'll probably want too start 15-20. I'd suggest 2x 15, 20, 25 just so you can find a good starting point and work up from there. You'll cruise through +5/10lbs in a couple weeks.
Note that you need protein to build muscle, get a nutribullet (this one specifically, there's obviously better shit out there like what Ninja makes but you can't beat the convenience of nutribullet + that one is strong enough for anything) and some whey protein powder and get in the habit of buying produce to smoothiemax. People recommend yogurt and ice cream and shit as a base but honestly almond milk or even regular milk works just fine. Then just chuck in greens (it will taste like shit), add 2 scoops or so and you're good to go.
There. That's all you need too start working out. Obviously if you're fat and want too lose it in addition too building muscle you're going too want too lean heavily into cardio, but as far as just getting you're foot in the door with lifting, that's all you need. Weights, nutribullet, powder and smoothie supplies. @carpathianflorist assume you've never been physically active before so I've kept it very basic but used many words than are necessary. Just get that stuff and do arm shit for a few weeks so you can both get you're body used too it and see how tangible strength training gains are.

Seriously buy that shit and start small like that just so you can see how easy it is too make progress then you can go from there
@carpathianflorist think a lot of people have this mental hurdle that keeps them from starting because they think it will be complicated or hard or something
It's not, it's very simple and you'll feel great within a week @carpathianflorist promise
I started spring of 2023 and I can't believe the change it's made. Never been but it's wild how consistently working out, getting enough protein, and watching what you eat can shape your body.
My only reference for you is the 'Carp sawing on his arm' posts, how are you looking now in comparison?
