The best time line is Roosevelt winning the 1912 election and sending troops to Europe in 1914, which quickly causes a collapse of the Western front and a quick end to the war. Millions of lives saved, Russia doesn't collapse into a civil war, Germany doesn't go all fricking Wiemar, there are no commies or no Nazis.
