Harding didn't ban alcohol though (POCs, people of Congress, passed the 18th and the Volstead Act while Wilson was in charge) and in Wilson's defense, he was pretty much a vegetable by 1920 with his wife running the show.

Wilson suffered from a severe stroke in 1919 and was rendered unable to communicate on his last year as President. So Mrs. Wilson locked him up and arranged "meetings" with him acting as if she was some intermediary but in true she became the government's caretaker. It's probably one of the reasons why the 25th amendment became a thing.

Take Burgerland :marseypatriot: into a World :marseyww1german1: War

They were caught trying to get Mexico to invade us. That was incredibly r-slurred but it was a real thing. Wilson was forced into it by the Germans.
