For work to comment on it, it has to be bad. I'm assuming she has yeast in between her fat rolls. It's a distinct and foul smell that cannot be ignored, it's also something that regular bathing can't fix.

The real cure is to lose weight!
Not even joking. The problem with being this fat is that the skin underneath the rolls have very poor ventilation. This means that every time they sweat, the sweat gets trapped there, so the area stays moist all day, allowing bacteria to multiple and thrive. This same issue is why you're supposed to change your baby's diaper frequently and not let them sit in a wet diaper for long periods of time, skin staying moist is not a good thing!
This woman can bathe and use all the cream and hibiclens that she wants, but it won't actually get better unless she finds a way to keep her fat rolls dry all day. I know some super fats suggest using diaper cream, cramming paper towels or soft cloths in between the rolls, and they also recommend getting a blow dryer and periodically lifting the fat rolls and drying them through out the day. But it's so pointless to put in all this effort when the real cure is losing weight so you don't have fat rolls in the first place.

A light perfume helps, use wet wipes, and shower in the morning.
