Women want someone who is perceptive to her emotions, and understand his own emotions well enough to not be a constant burden. Being "sensitive" doesn't mean moping and crying every time something doesn't go your way. It means you understand the people around you, and have the ability to show compassion and empathy to them. I won't fault anyone for misunderstanding this because internet foids are not good at communicating this.
If you're the kind of person that people want to be around, women will be attracted to you. If you're not that kind of person, you'll run into bigger problems in life than women not being interested in you.
