Had like 2 tablespoons of butter on top. Also put some nice flaky salt on top after I took the picture. They were kinda like kings Hawaiian rolls but denser with more of a savory flavor than sweet.

I did make this. It was pretty good. Had it with some seared ahi and roasted asparagus. Shit was so cash. Got the recipe for the bread from claire saffitz.

Yeah she has a youtube channel where she makes recipes from her cookbook. Has a similar feel to hee BA videos because she took a couple of the behind the scenes guys with her.
