I also switch it up and replace the chocolate nesquik and cinnamon with strawberry nesquik sometimes

Do keep in mind that vanilla extract and nutmeg can be overpowering, so only add a little to start with. I'd do maybe 1/4 teaspoon vanilla (to be conservative) and a pinch of nutmeg.
