Usually I have just half the protein drink, then finish it after the morning gym session :marseylifting:

I'm just trying to get more protein in my system on the cheap and in a way that doesn't feel like I'm eating gruel tbh. There are probably better things, idk if you have any ideas

I didn't mean to diss your diet, I'm just a casual when it comes to proteinmaxxing and just eat more eggs and spinach than the average. Just thought your bread sounded bad and I would've replaced it with a ham and cheese sandwich, Literally no idea about the nutrients lol
