I got this orange chicken last night and the bitter orange was overpowering. I stuck it in the fridge, when I had some for breakfast the orange flavor had mellowed out but I still wanted to test the flavors.
I added maybe four tablespoons of peach jam to half a container of orange chicken. Definitely sweet, but there are way of balancing that. Next time I order it I'll try it hot with a few different saucers. I'm thinking a spicy kimchi sauce, as would a jalapeño jelly. Thoughts?

I like to make broccoli when I get Chinese delivery, what are your go to side dishes?
Which beers do you like with Chinese food? I like Corona and Sapporo, although if I do that spicy kimchi I'll try to find Kloud.

Tsingtao with a little bit of lime or lemon is a great hot day/evening beer but I like something a touch heavier with American Chinese delivery. What are some good cheap Singaporean beers, if they let you have alcohol?

Tiger beer is probably our national beer and I've seen it in many places around the world so give it a try!
Yeah they "let" us have alcohol but it's taxed rather heavily A carton of Tiger beer would cost 33 USD at the supermarket

Can you brew your own? Or is that a caning/hanging offense?
