[POLL] Going to a friend's for dinner tonight and I'm going to make these lemon ricotta cookies that are pretty good. I'm toying with the idea of replacing the lemon with orange and making orange cookies instead.

I voted lemon but it’s basically my favourite food.

Unless you are going to decrease the sugar in the recipe and add in some citric acid too (cheap ingredient literally keeps as long as you can keep it dry, it's a seminatural preservative) it's going to taste wack.

But I'm not really a sweets guy so I am biased.

yeah I'm hesitant because it might frick things up. Maybe I'll do a half batch and see if they're pozzed

If you're going to experiment with recipes get some citric acid. A little goes a long way, and its very useful when you step off the beaten path of following recipes as they appear on screen. Find it for cheap at brewer supply places.

Ricotta and lemon compliment each other better imo

This morning, Cum went to the park. I went with Coom. And Cum brought Coomer frisbee. At least I think it was Coomers. By the end of the day, Cum started throwing the frisbee to Cumself.
