I ate so fricking much. Here are my thots on everything I ate:
Pork and beef slices - Incredible. They not only taste great but they fill in the time when everything else is cooking because they only take like 30 seconds.
Two different kinds of fish balls - Ehhhhh not the best. The flavor was fine but they were very rubbery. I would not get them again.
Egg - Egg good
Fish tempura - Was just on the menu as "tempura" and I didn't know it would be fish lol. Same as the fish balls, tasted good but too rubbery.
Pork dumplings - Without a doubt the best thing I ate. When I go back I'm going to eat like 30 dumplings.
Mini pork sausage - Was fine but when you also have access to better tasting sliced pork it seems redundant.
Tofu (normal and fried) - The normal tofu didn't pick up any flavor from the broth so it was really bland. The fried tofu had a bit of a spongy texture and soaked up the broth really well and was a lot better.
Black mushroom - Awful, muddy flavor. Just terrible.
White mushroom - Much better.
Potato - Takes for fricking ever to cook but they turned out really well. They absorbed a surprising amount of flavor from the broth.
Corn and carrots - Putting these together because they were basically the same. You were just eating normal boiled corn and carrots and they didn't pick up anything from the broth at all.
Broccoli - Great at absorbing broth, probably the best vegetable.
Bean sprouts - They're good but in a hot pot scenario they're just too much hassle.
Rice cakes - Idk they're rice cakes, they're good I guess.
They also had a giant freezer full of little cups of ice cream that I normally would have eaten like 12 of but by the end I was too full.
They had a huge stack of packs of Shin Ramyun instant ramen which would normally be pretty awesome but I'm not spending that much money to fill up on $1 packs of ramen lol.
This was sort just a scouting mission, trying a little bit of everything to see what's good. When I go back I'll be able to really load up on the things I liked the most. There were a handful of things I also didn't try that I'd probably get.
Oh the service was also really good. They didn't do the thing some restaurants do where they slow roll checking in on you and getting your food out so you eat less. They check in when your food is running low and the food came out a few minutes after ordering.

It's nice snapping a quick photo for a review.
I should probably start posting some of the neat places I've eaten recently here but I'm too lazy and forget.
