Surely you mean poached egg in tomato stew. The egg white would be stained by tomato stew if poached in it! Do eggs not work like that!! What is this world!!!? :marseyscream:

No! I'm saying an egg poached in tomato stew would not remain whit. This egg was poached elsewhere then served with tomato. Am I wrong :marseysmughips:

I cooked down the sauce to a thick consistency and make a divot in the sauce to place the eggs into. The eggs are slightly thicker so they stay separate as they cook. :marseysmughips: You only see the top of the eggs, the rest is enmeshed in the stew and sauce.
