A couple blocks of cream cheese, 1/2 a cup of sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 6 egg yolks, a bit of cream, a little over 2/3 cup sour cream, 2-3 baked sweet pots smashed. Splash of vanilla, mace, cloves, a little ginger. Sprinkle with pecans.
I didn't use a crust on this at camp, I just got the pan super hot before I dumped the batter in, you could use a basic Graham cracker crust, gingersnaps, gingerbread or pfeffernusse would work good too.
Bake it at 350 for about an hour, it should still jiggle in the center a bit, let it cool for a couple hours to set up completely.
It was about 30 min directly on the fire to get it hot before i put the batter in. Then probably about 45 min with coals just surrounding it and a handful on the lid. hen another 15 with some coals under the center part.
But these are pretty rough times, I wasn't really looking at my watch or anything, I just checked on it to see how jiggly it still was periodically.

If I were to make this over a fire in a Dutch oven, any idea of what the cook time would be?
