Made this cookie cake (from scratch no mix ) for gameday

The art isn't very good (it's supposed to be Manic the Hedgehog ) but it tasted good after cutting it up

These are not as tall as the last 2 times, no idea why lol. Will add cross section photos when it's cool enough to cut.

These are made for a trip cross country, I'll be stopping at a few restaurants on the way, plan to post pictures of what I order.

Freeze 2 bananas diced over night or 4 hours min

Put in food processor

Add milk or milk substitute for fat content and texture (eg. Coconut milk, almonds, soya etc.)

Blend until smooth in short bursts

Add toppings as you like (I added coconut flakes, roasted almonds and chocolate)

Serve !
