I've never really done legit Chinese cooking before so I had to get a ton of the ingredients like the bean paste, Shaoxing wine, and Szechuan peppercorns.

It was really good and pretty easy, I'll definitely be making it again. I've never had Szechuan peppercorn before, they have a very distinctive and unique flavor and heat. They're not even so much hot in the traditional sense but they turn your entire mouth numb. Very unusual feeling.

Yes this is a real product and that is the real name. I normally don't drink hard teas but I saw the box and it was only like $12 so I had to try it.

It tastes like every other hard tea I've had tbh. Though it's artificially sweetened so maybe it's lower calorie idk. I can't tell the three different flavors apart, they all taste the same to me.

Verdict: It will get you drunk

Monster also makes an alcoholic version of flavors more Monster-esque (like Mean Green and White Maze ). I'm gonna try those next.

The pizza was pretty good, it had a high grease content. The donner meat was cold so I'll probably be pooping blood this evening. We ordered pretty early so I'm worried it's the previous night's leftover shaved meat that's been sitting in a drawer.

I feel like shit this morning. I've never been so dry in my life, I must have been snoring like a lawnmower.
