Tbf I felt sorry for him, I'd have rejoiced with 90% of the teachers I had, but that one was unusually kind and eager to help. He must've been in his late 50s/early 60s and a bit overweight, but didn't seem frail or anything.
He was also based, we were doing a group project (4 people) and 2 barely showed up, so I snitched and they got their score halved while I got 2 "compensation" points.

Being put on a ventilator is basically a death sentence in itself. If it was early on, the guidance was to put them on one almost ASAP if the O2 dropped just a little bit which lead to all the deaths in the NE states.

First of all, you're "friend" was likely not as healthy as you think. Second of all, vaccines are extensively tested for safety and effectiveness before they are approved for use. Third of all, the risks of contracting a disease and dying from it are far greater than the risks of suffering a serious reaction too a vaccine.
