Disney somehow managed to frick up their bread and butter, a princess movie.

Domestic collection has nearly flattened already https://www.the-numbers.com/movie/Wish-(2023)#tab=box-office

They spent 200 mil on this and they'd be lucky if they make 85.

Don't worry, captain america 4 is the next big Disney movie and it will turn things around. Except it doesn't have captain america in it at all, but his sidekick.

Lol the rumor is that they're reshooting most of that movie after scoring terribly with test audiences https://movieweb.com/captain-america-4-report-reshoots-negative-test

That will bloat its budget even more and all but guarantee a flop.

Word is it's a 99% reshoot, literally another movie altogether. They scheduled more time for reshoots than the original filming, and it's not even close.

>Captain America 4

>No Captain America

>Replace with literal who

>Have some "messages" and quips about old white men or how America actually bad or some shit

Sounds like a box office hit incoming.

Aren't all of their main heroes gone? They should have made it a slower transition. Had at least half stay on for another "phase" or whatever. Ditching all of your major characters at the same time by recasting means too much change at once for the plebs.

Yeah, Endgame provided a clean exit ramp for most casual audiences. It doesn't help that nearly everything after that has been below average (for MCU) slop.

You mean Falcon or some other sidekick from a reboot?
