The only musicals I ever watched were the movie versons of Rent, Moulin Rouge, Sweeney Todd (the johhny Depp one), and Tenacious D. All garbage
EDIT: Actually they weren't all garbage I was just saying that to be cool. At the very least Sweeney Todd and Tenacious D hold up, Rent is probably cheesy as frick and I'm sure the politics of the movie would be considered non kosher nowadays even tho it was the most progressive thing back in the day.
