He got girl spooge wiped all over his face. The funny thing is, both reaction/tones feel really off. The first one that's extra goofy and slapstick feels off because he's definitely getting sexually assaulted in a torture dungeon, the second where he breaks down crying feels overdramatic and weepy like he got buttfricked in prison.
