That's basically what Clinton did on his last day in office. Pardoned terrorists, personal friends, and people who had openly bribed him. All of the stuff they say they're scared Trump will do with pardons if Trump is elected? Clinton already did it and they were silent. The Mark Rich one being the most insane. Indicted for buying oil from Iran during the hostage crisis, fled the country, never faced a trial. But $1 million to the Clintons and pressure from Israel and he's a free man. Never served a single day in prison.
This was the moment when, politically, I became an adult. I've voted for a lot of Democrats since then but I have never trusted any of them.
