I've realized that all modern slop has 1-3 main morals that they all end the story with. 1. Killing your enemy/revenge is bad. 2.Your flaws are a good thing and you shouldn't try to change yourself. 3. Fascism/Capitalism is bad.

Years after witnessing the death of Maximus at the hands of his uncle, Lucius must enter the Colosseum after the powerful emperors of Rome conquer his home. With rage in his heart and the future of the empire at stake, he looks to the past to find the strength and honor needed to return the glory of Rome to its people.

Has anyone seen Gladiator 2 yet? I haven't seen this and I probably won't anytime soon but if I had to guess one of the bulletins at top is most likely relevant to the plot of the story.

I saw it and thought it was pretty good. Seemed really unnecessary to have a sequel to a film like Gladiator and the story/characters weren't as good, but some of the arena scenes were great entertainment. They even have a scene where they fill the arena with water and have a ship battle in it (which is something the Romans actually did in the Colosseum)

It sounds like they would've been better off just making their own original story.

Yeah but what if they just got to work with Ridley Scott again and have him direct it?
