I loved The Seventh Seal. It's sad watching old movies now though because I know everyone in it is dead.

Also Nightbreed, which is utterly insane. Apparently it was Clive Barker's attempt at making the Star Wars of horror movies. David Cronenberg plays the main villain. And it's a gay allegory.

Oh and I watched two movies about avenging Slavic prostitutes. The Equalizer, wherein Denzel kills gopniks at home depot with the power of autism, and Eastern Promises.

Yeah I watched A History of Violence again too. Peak Cronenkino. Anora is on my list. I'm very attracted to that weird looking b-word.

>The Seventh Seal

One of the best road movies of all time. So many iconic moments, long before they became hackneyed clichés, from chess with death, to the danse macabre at the end.

Bergman's best, tho I love Hour of the Wolf, Persona (both 'off' films, in a David Lynch sort of way) and his other great road movie, Wild Strawberries, from the same year.

>Nightbreed

Also great. I was a huge Clive Barker fan in my teens, and Nightbreed was my second favourite, after Hellraiser. I even read all the comics.

If I could choose my own fricked up fetish it'd be women with deadly quills/spikes sticking out of them, or pins, if they want to do Pinhead with an actual biofoid in the role.
