I've read an article about librarians who keep Narcon on hand because they see a lot of drug activity in their area and on their grounds.
Why? Yet I bet if they let that happen, the city would swiftly implement measures to keep bums out of the libraries. Let me add this to my list of public transport cons. My area is fairly urban but you need a car to get anywhere. its probably a good idea to have if you commonly interact with these people in the off chance you come into contact with fentnyl and need it for yourself.
