Did seasonal depression frick anyone else up *particularly* bad this year?

Last 5 months were probably the least productive of my entirely life. On the verge of quitting my job and going on some sort of sabbatical just because I dgaf anymore. Not sure if severe burnout or just SAD, but its fricking me up hard.
