To keep a username with the words 'NEW' above it, just use it as your secondary name,
[User001] then have onlycats as second so it appears as new.
It goes away after like 3 days ,
Create another user name and change the last user names secondary name to [user003]
Create [User002] and then seocndary name is OnlyCats with 'NEW' above it.
