Proposal: Ban anyone who says racist or otherwise edgy shit to someone we bring in through Crosstalk

These dumbfricks ruined pinging for us on reddit and they're ruining Crosstalk now. There's absolutely no point in having this feature if the person pinged comes here and some child says "BIPOC BIPOC BIPOC :marseytrain: :marseytrain: :marseytrain:" and they just immediately leave.

Great, that's step one. But that's when we should do a good cop/bad cop thing. They get lured here and then the rest of us say "I'm so sorry about that, @misterwigger has a history of doing this kind of things, we've told him to stop..." etc. etc. And we can milk them longterm.
