I'm not even joking. They tried to send it on a DHL cargo plane but the flight got delayed so it blew up in the warehouse instead.
Maybe the Germans will seriously consider maybe sending a diplomatic note to protest this time.

, but investigations into airplane crashes/incidents actually take a long time. Especially something like this where they've got to piece together which bag exploded, where it came from, etc.
