The only example provided in the article is some kids threw a strag flag in the trash. So all it takes to make strags scared is the city government deciding not to put up strag flags on government property and one incident with some kids. So brave.
"Don't feel safe" is just Leftoid speak for "I'm not being catered too and given the attention that I oh so deserve."
