In last 15 years Russia stopped fall of Assad, didn't listen to west warnings about Ukraine, openly fighting in Africa against western interests and survived the sanctions, Iran openly launched missiles at Israel and Israel was forced to eat this. NK developed its nukes and now is sanctions immune, Iran probably also has its own nuke. China today is much stronger than 15 years ago and U.S. has no power to force them to stop giving stuff to Russia. India also doesn't listen to sanctions. US has not even power to stop sandal cells in Red Sea.

So are you legit going to say US is today stronger globally than 20 years ago ? I bet 20 years ago nobody would had thought chunks would been able to even build a decent car or cpu. Chunks gdp 20 years ago was 1,5 trillion and now it's 18 trillions.
