Based on the diagram and my lack of understanding of science, this looks like men and women are both equally competent, just at different things or they would solve the same thing differently.
However, that does not match up with lived experiences or the feminists are right and the number of women in physics departments should be 50%

The height is just "how many people have this amount", the left-right axis is "how much brain volume you have". This graph shows that men simply have more brain matter than women on average. It also shows that women are more likely to be mid and less likely to be very bright or very dumb.

This lines up perfectly with the data that shows men are more likely to be both geniuses and r-slurs while women tend to be far less likely to be in either extreme.
