people point to the low pass rate as if that makes it hard, the reason for the low pass rate is bc CA is the only state that doesnt require a law degree to qualify to take the exam. That and all the DEI bs cali is known for leads to a bunch of overconfient idiots taking it

This isn't the California Bar Exam. This is the California 1st Year Law Exam, aka the "Baby Bar", which is only taken by people at California-accredited, not ABA-accredited, law schools, as well as people attempting to self-study ("reading the bar") under an attorney. It's supposed to only cover the most basic of doctrinal courses, and then only partially. It's main purpose is to attempt to save regards from wasting their money. If you're attending a CA-accredited school, that means you're too dumb to be accepted into any law school in the nation, and there are some like Coley that take anyone with a pulse. By requiring that students take it after 1L year, it's a way for California to prevent students from wasting two more years of their life and two years worth of tuition before they inevitably fail the actual bar. California bar isn't particularly difficult, but because they let more idiots sit for it than any other state the pass rate goes down.

For ages I've heard nonstop jokes in media, on the internet, and from others that make it seem like having a small peepee is somehow a death sentence or makes for some unbearable existence. I disagree. I have what I'd take to be a rather small member, probably no more than 4 inches when erect, and when flaccid, I get that epic Greek statue look.
