When I used to use slop-on-wheels the no/low tip orders were always delivered on time in the right place, and whenever I was in a good mood and tipped more I got some jeet who sat in one place for 20 minutes, drove the opposite direction and left my food across the street.
Frick these people. Leave no tip on the order and slip bro a $5 IRL if he's competent. This will primarily benefit Eastern European and Arab drivers.
