There are too many variables in play.
Assuming all other characteristics are equal and we are only considering financial health/net worth:
Ideally, not less than half of mine (unless something horribly unavoidable happened to them financially). However, if it is significantly more than mine — how it was achieved can disqualify as well. I wouldn't consider dating a guy from a rich family who has always supported him financially without him making any sort of effort/just let him coast through life.
But if the question is just to sleep with them/“give them a lay” rather than date them, there is no minimum or maximum for me - sleeping with random people is gross.

On a small scale, there's a reason that people say becoming a drug dealer is a great way to get laid. On a large scale, subsidizing the most dysgenic demographics to pop out 7 kids with 4 baby daddies, unchecked immigration (legal and non, America need to put out a big "frick off, we're full" sign for most countries), and the unholy combination we've been seeing recently.
