Mostly the loose pit bulls hunting in packs. It's something I've only ever seen in those places.

I've seen it in my neighborhood. I'm from Chicago. There are plenty of videos of pits running in packs, bursting into houses, and killing pets here. Most are probably from someone's yard who couldn't keep their dogs. There are some with tags or GPS collars on trails, but you also see trashy owners who just breed more when the herd thins. If only we could arrest the owners or shot the pit when it gets out of control.
