With the help of Dr Gigachad and some other sources I've gotten into a pretty great morning routine:
getting outside and sun in eyes within first hour of waking up
some type of cardio for at least 15–20 min
delay caffeine until at least 90 min after waking up
morning pages (writing 3 page brain dump about whatever)
sitting outside to meditate, self-reflect, breathing exercises, enjoy the birdies singing, etc.
cold shower
My worst habit is not getting immediately out of bed and instead going on my phone to browse for lols for about 10–15 minutes
