I use them to get paid to take pictures of cars. I also use the photos when I sell the car, and the presentation means I have a better chance at getting the amount I want from it. It's also just practice, since I shoot photos for a living.

Yea like I said in an earlier comment it depends if you're interested in driving a very engaging, and perhaps rough riding, track car for the road, or an Autobahn grand tourer that will eat up the miles in comfort.

150k can get you a very large range of coupes. You should narrow down if you're interested in more driver oriented ‘driver's cars', which are usually smaller and more taught; Or more comfortable ‘Grand Touring' coupes, which can be larger and more comfortable.
But just on this limited information a 911 or 718 sounds like a good choice for you, and then just dial in the amount of performance you desire
