I got the shemaugh/scarf etc as a parting gift from my old company. I'm finally going to put it on today. I don't know what matches with it though

If you want to wear that scarf then a navy sports jacket/blazer, tucked in white/light color dress shirt made of a nice material, change out your gold watch with black leather band for a full steel bracelet, or steel with brown leather strap. Ambivalent on the pants, maybe a khaki or cream colored chino instead. Dark pants are for incels and dads.
Also if you're gonna be two un-button collared type of guy, lose the scarf or at least wear a necklace or have muscly pecs. Its giving mother was in charge of your fashion until your mid 20s.

Dont fold over the fricking cardigan sleeves and also all the colors dont really go together. Dont wear a navy shirt and black pants.
Id take off the cardigan or whatever that sweater is completely and just wear a coat. If you truly insist on wearing that scarf (why???) then you need to structure the outfit around it bc its front and center on the outfit.
If you have a white shirt, grey jacket, and then either tan or a light wash jean that would be fine. I'd wear nice sneakers instead of the h&m oxfords, theyre too dressy but not high enough quality to be wearing casually.

Colors are a little off. If you're going for dark and brooding, the jacket and scarf are a bit off. Maybe black slacks, that shirt, and a nice watch (can't really see the one you're wearing).
Or a lighter color shirt? If it's cold, maybe a sweater that goes with the scarf?
That said, you're still doing pretty good with what you got... Probably better than most. I'd lose the scarf and iron that shit
