I never had any complaint from them before. They have the appeal just for suspension, I twice sent in a ticket and both times said that account wasn't suspended. They said see if you have another account and try resetting your password. I don't have another account and they won't send me an email to reset password so now I have sent them an email explaining all this and I am waiting. Only emails I get from them are automated responses from the tickets so far, nothing about strikes, suspensions, or password resets :marseyrain:

That's a mistake. I'm not a codecel but some sites treat those accounts differently then the regular ones due to incompetency. At least that's what I've heard. Could be the reason behind not getting an email.
