I'm going to be fricked out of my mind on morphine and a local anesthetic. At best I could garble some form of consent

Walk in wearing the patient gown backwords while grabbing your peepee and say "yeah, I got a big bone you can biopsy"

Only so much I can pass off as drugs. I'm already getting preferential treatment because I get morphine, normally we'd just give lidocaine and start going into their bone.

Turns out they want me in and out ASAP. I've done this procedure about 150 times ASAP and never within a 30 minute interval. It takes 20 minutes alone to make sure everybody is cognizant of the procedure that's taking place and post surgery, 5-10 minutes confirming everything is correct and we didn't extract bone marrow from some random person, 10 minutes dealing with writing up a report and about a few minutes before discharging the patient.
