Daily life improvement #3

I slept on time. Woke up late. I am currently stuck on the 10 hours of sleep schedule. Hopefully get it down to 8 hours over the next few days. Woke up one hour earlier than yesterday today.

Day is flowing smooth so far. Not panicking at all. Am prepared beforehand knowing I will be going through some things that stress me out today.

Harder for the horrors of the world to get ya when you are prepared beforehand.

Today I will do a bit of legal documentation work. Hopefully too many things haven't expired for it to become a longer term problem.

Breathe, heal, grow.

I remain full of energy and capable of going on with the day.

Hopefully I manage to keep working till the very last minute today.
