Probably harder to enforce on kebab shops like how 9/10 foodtrucks in new York serve fecal matter in their food.

We have pretty strict standards. Everyone gets rated regularly between 0 and 5 stars, and the inspectors have the power to immediately close restaurant until changes are made. I'm not sure how so many kebab shops/Indians get away with it.
