I almost crashed my car 30 minutes ago

Somebody put a 8 foot (maybe taller) skeleton in their yard but they dressed it in trousers and a flannel shirt and posed it like it's taking a step towards you. This was in my peripheral vision so I thought it was a giant skinny bald man like the guy from Twin Peaks (but taller) coming for me and I screamed and almost drove my car over the median

I couldn't take a picture but it's on Mockingbird northeast of White Rock lake in Dallas, on the side going southwest, if you want to see it
