Placebo is hitting hard or this bullshit :marseyitsallsotiresome: actually :marseyakshually: works

Taking daily, now on week 6. Working :marseylifting: memory :marseycensored: and attention :marseychonkernoticeme: noticeably improved, nothing crazy :marseyschizonotes: but it takes me less effort :marseypaint: to mentally :marseymeds: retrace my steps. It's easier for me to get started on tasks I'd normally procrastinate. Anxiety :marseyveryworried: used to hit me with hot flashes radiating from the core of my chest, chills down my spine, and if severe I'd get GI upset, these sensations are now gone. I've written off the mood boost from the included caffeine because at baseline I'm so fried :marseykfc: from stims :marseytedsimp: I can chug a Bang and feel nothing and practically inhale coffee :marseymug: daily. I'd compare :marseydumbcomparison: how I feel with these like taking a very low dose of Vyvanse, I used to be on 70mg. 8/10 not as good as good 'ol pharmaceutical grade meth but for an OTC product :marseyoctopus3: I'm impressed. So far I've experienced none of the known side effects. I'll report back if they make me trans :marseypicrew: or grow a Videodrome chest :marseymimic: kitty.

More than just the mood boost the extra, consistent dose of caffeine can absolutely help with memory retention and recall.

I'm still not convinced 50mg would :marseywood: do it for me. I drink :marseychocolatemilk: a ton of coffee :marseycomfy: already and dip Zyns. Caffeine has never :marseyladybugitsover: made me feel this way.

You'd have to consult one of our resident sawbones to know for sure.

i'm a coffee addict. don't the caffeine benefits just work in short term, as when addiction kicks in you just require caffeine to return to baseline? i've been considering quitting somehow, but one morning without it just gives me a huge headache

Caffeine can help with headaches. Try drinking :marseydrunk: more water, maybe :marseymight: you're just waking up dehydrated.

Caffeine clinically helps with tension headaches. It's an ingredient in Fioracet which is a prescription medication for them and migraines.
