I thought it was a bad tire so I took the tire off and ran the spare for a drive, but the sound and vibration didn't go away. Now I'm thinking it's a bad wheel bearing. If not that, it's something wrong with the front differential and that will cost me some time and money. I'll keep you all updated.

I was split between a Cayman and an NB Miata and I'm so glad I went for the Miata. It was a quarter of the price of a good Cayman, easy and cheap to work on, and so fricking fun to drive. And honestly I'm an absolute psychopath with 150 hp, it's for the best that I never get a real sports car.
