My elderly neighbor is a full on maga, and up until now we have spent a lot of time together, gardening, dinners, coffee. Yesterday he told me about how his children are too far away to bring his grandkids over for thanksgiving and asked if I would like to celebrate with him and his wife. I declined. He looked sad. I was sad too, I was sad that he decided to force me into this by voting for hate and tyranny instead of freedom.
