They had released an album earlier this year which I hadn't heard so I didn't know most of their songs.
The room was absolutely full of moids. I'd never really considered a gender divide regarding this kind of music, but now I wonder why women don't like this kind of stuff.
The music was way too loud. GYBE are like some cross between rock and classical and you need to play that a bit quieter. A lot of the music sounded like a muddy noise because of the volume.
Still liked it tho and it was weird to finally see a band I'd been listening to for 2 decades.
It's a shame they didn't play any of their old stuff because those are the tracks I like. Respect though for not being one of those bands that just play their popular stuff that they wrote years ago forever into the future.
Their new stuff is decent but not really memorable. This seems to happen to a lot of bands. I guess they grow up and become too old and numb to bring forth the necessary emotions to make music like that any more.
Also they need to stop calling themselves 'god's pee' because that makes listening to them feel undeep
