I'm a U.S citizen. My state is vote by mail only and my ballot got sent to my old address. I asked my ex to give it to my mom (so she can fill in what I ask) and he won't respond. He's obsessed with politics and I think he might use my ballot to vote how he wants. What are my options for recourse?
