Grover's algorithm is widely applicable (when/if large enough quantum computers ever become available). of course at best this only yields a square root speedup -- turning O(n^k) into O(n^(k/2)) -- but that's still a lot.

Actually, I work with Linux systems and have to deal with TLS all the time. What hes saying that the encryption over TMLT has not been quantum proofed over IPV4 and IPV6 on HTPS as verified by starlink git documentation so it's vulnerable to Byzanthine attacks.
