Can someone explain the non schizo reason for the big step increase in voting? Is it because there are a bunch of votes counted all at once?

Could be a big city reporting. Could also be a schizo nonsense revealed in a dream. The red line has similar jump at 23 that nobody is calling fraud

Because the blue jumped by the same amount at the same time.
Also % remaining votes was far more at that point

I assume it's polling station level reporting and a polling station in a high density area (such as an urban environment that would likely lean blue) has more votes than the sparser more rural stations. Also I believe that in most states the mail in ballots are all counted at once too in a similar fashion.
