Yeah it's not actually a good idea to try to get rid of it. You can end up creating the regressive issue of statelessness, which is widely considered a human rights violation, when you try to deport a child who is neither a citizen of the US, nor necessarily of whatever country you're sending them "back" to. I'm not a big fan of recreating problems we fixed a long time ago.
Everyone who hasn't served in the Military honorably for 4 years or a least one combat deployment should lose their citizenship and be given a green card. Any criminal loses their green card and is deported to whichever country volunteers to take them before we air-drop them into the middle of the Atlantic ocean

nobody at the time could have foreseen that any prole would be able to fly from Europe to the US in less than a day for less than a single month's wages
I don't think it can ever be removed, though. You'd never get the majority you'd need to change it.
So we have to pay for their kids, way more expensive than the illegals just staying here, and there's a 110% they'll get into gangs and meth as soon as they're released.

Judicial review, even Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch are strict constructionists. Congress cannot contravene the Constitution, if a law is unconstitutional it is unenforceable.
Normally, uhh, yeah, but historically, in representatitive republics with these 3 branches: a state of exception or emergency makes prior rulings are irrelevant. What matters is is loyalty and hegemony.
Trump has loyalty and Hegemony, only thing he needs is a state of exception/emergency and the SC will play ball.

On January 24, 2020, the Department of State amended its B nonimmigrant visa regulation to address birth tourism. Under this amended regulation, U.S. consular officers overseas will deny any B visa application from an applicant whom the consular officer has reason to believe is traveling for the primary purpose of giving birth in the United States to obtain U.S. citizenship for their child.
Yeah but that became legally untenable, it was originally assumed they were independent sovereign nations.
US v. Wong Kim Ark is more relevant. Wong Kim Ark was a man who had been born in the United States to Chinese parents. After he went to visit China, he was denied the right to re-enter the United States under the terms of the Chinese Exclusion Act. He argued that the terms of the Act did not apply to him because, having been born in the United States, he was a citizen of this country. The majority of the Supreme Court agreed—In the 1890s

Or, if birthright citizenship is decided to be an absolute thing, the kid gets deported with the parents but has the right to move to the US once they turn 18
You can't deport the children, but they could leave voluntarily to stay with the parents.
Also, extreme hardship to a U.S. citizen child can be a defense that allows cancellation of removal, but it has to be more than the ordinary hardship of deportation so that's rarely granted. Usually you see that when they allege the child won't be able to get medical care in the foreign country, or the like.
You can't force them to leave, but they can move voluntarily with their parents and return whenever they want later

This is a very very simple issue. Just enforce the laws against employing illegals.
We need this along with local cops handng over any illegals they happen to arrest straight to ICE. I was screaming that for 30 years. We could've gotten away with that and only that before the border was opened up.
Now we're gonna need more. Like a law that blanket refuses all of the current asylum applicants unless their life is actually in danger back home.
We have so many fake asylum seekers that they're getting hearing dates multiple years in the future. In the meantime, they get to stay and we have to pay out the nose to give them gibs,

Yeah we should probably give up because this is a slightly difficult task. Instead we'll have squads of ICE troops roaming around forcing everyone on the sidewalk to prove they're a citizen like we're in goddarn fricking East Germany.
You don't need the companies to report a fricking thing. Just go to the meat-packing plants, the construction sites, the restaurants, the farms. They all employ a lot of illegals. Knock over a hundred over them and imprison the employer and the rest will stop in a heartbeat.

Please God let this be real it'll be so funny if it is.
We could implement a citizen bounty system so burgers on scooters will chase illegals around looney tunes style.
Rules are:
Capture must be with a net; tasers aren't sporting
Max one capture per net, no trawling
If you're wrong, you get fined instead of a reward
I think we need both - enforcement of our employment laws and deportation of illegal immigrants already here (they won't leave even when cucked out of a job lmao they'll just keep doing shadier shit).
Of course literally nobody supports both, somehow it's considered contradictory to want to enforce all aspects of our immigration system.
If you've got a bunch of guys picking strawberries, are you going to start issuing them ID badges? Make sure no one uses their brother's ID? Have overseers with shotguns keeping out the un-IDed riffraff?
Yes, it would definitely need to be done gradually.
It shouldn't be too terribly difficult. Citizens have their state ID. Legal migrant workers get their own kind of ID. They were doing this in the 1940s so it can't be that hard. Implementing it would cost a pittance compared to the amount they're screwing the taxpayers for.

As a compromise, can the cops chase the business owners? We already budgeted out the giant novelty butterfly nets and it'd be a shame for them to go to waste.

Please God let this be real it'll be so funny if it is.
Because all companies honestly report the fricking legal status of their employees

We could implement a citizen bounty system so burgers on scooters will chase illegals around looney tunes style.
Rules are:
Capture must be with a net; tasers aren't sporting
Max one capture per net, no trawling
If you're wrong, you get fined instead of a reward

You need to massively fine businesses for hiring them. Maybe even prosecute Abbott and other Republicans for wanting illegal immigrants.

I'll be doing her a favor. It's not exploiting her. It's actually a good thing that proves I'm a humanitarian.

Why not both?

I think we need both - enforcement of our employment laws and deportation of illegal immigrants already here (they won't leave even when cucked out of a job lmao they'll just keep doing shadier shit).
Of course literally nobody supports both, somehow it's considered contradictory to want to enforce all aspects of our immigration system.

If you've got a bunch of guys picking strawberries, are you going to start issuing them ID badges? Make sure no one uses their brother's ID? Have overseers with shotguns keeping out the un-IDed riffraff?

Ignoring the requirements this pawns off on businesses, it's a total non-starter unless you can come up with a way to phase it in gradually.
